Celebrating the start of summer 2024

The first summer for the Shin Nippon Bujutsu Kenkyū Kai (真日本武術研究会) is approaching. This is the opportunity to celebrate it together! On June 19, 2024, after a busy practice session, the celebration took place on the football (soccer) field located just above our training venue.

Lots of homemade cakes, smiles and laughter, in an exceptional environment.

Lots to eat, drink, music, and interesting discussions, in joy and good humor. Certainly worth repeating!

Neighbors’ Day 2024

Fête des voisins

First edition of Neighbors’ Day for the Shin Nippon Bujutsu Kenkyū Kai association (真日本武術研究会), tirelessly encouraged by the City of Lausanne for many years. Despite the pouring rain, the brave practitioners participated in a complete session without flinching, and in good humor.

Photo taken at the end of the session, with local Vaudois products generously made available by the City of Lausanne, and the bokutō used during the session.

The evening continued under the shelter of the neighboring building, among neighbors. Lots to eat, drink, music, interesting encounters, with joy and good humor. To be reiterated, definitely.
